Ex-Chicago Police Officer Accused of Faking DUI Evidence

A former Chicago lawman has been named in ten separate lawuits for faking evidence in DUI cases. The lawsuits call into question ten DUI arrests he made by retired CPD officer, Joe D. Parker, on Lake Shore Drive in Chicago. The Chicago Police department has announced that they have dropped dozens of DUI charges based on arrests due to Parker's questionable conduct.  Police spokesmen have not relaeased the the type of evidence that has been called into question.
