Chicago Cab Driver strikes 2 homeless people, charged with DUI

A Chicago Cab driver was allegedly drunk when driving on Lake Shore drive in the early morning hours and struck two homeless people sleeping in a park. The driver, who was charged with DUI, allegedly missed his exit in the Uptown neighborhood, when his vehicle struck the two homeless people while they were sleeping in a park. Both people were reported to be in good condition.
